Accessibility statement
Accessibility status of NextAnalyzer's website and panel against WCAG 2.2 level AA, what we know is not yet accessible and how to report a problem.
Details to be completed by the owner before going live.
1. Commitment and scope
NextAnalyzer wants its website and panel to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 level AA and the European standard EN 301 549 as our reference.
This statement applies to the public website, the guides and the customer web panel. It does not apply to the agent's desktop application or to documents uploaded by the Customer.
NextAnalyzer is a business-to-business service: Spanish Law 11/2023 on the accessibility of products and services does not bind it, but we follow its spirit voluntarily.
2. Compliance status
The website and panel are partially compliant with WCAG 2.2 level AA, due to the non-accessible content listed below.
[PENDING: accessibility audit result and date.]
3. Non-accessible content
We know or suspect that the following content is not yet fully accessible, and we are reviewing it:
- Some panel charts (metrics and trends) may not provide an equivalent text alternative for all their data.
- PDF reports may not be tagged for screen readers.
- The remote access viewer shows the image of another computer's desktop: by its nature its content cannot be made accessible, although its controls can.
[PENDING: complete the list with the audit results.]
4. Preparation of this statement
This statement was prepared on 20 October 2026 through a self-assessment by NextAnalyzer's team against a WCAG 2.2 AA checklist. [PENDING: external audit or tool used.]
It will be reviewed at least once a year and whenever there are significant changes.
5. Report a problem or request content in another format
If you find an accessibility barrier or need content in an accessible format, write to [PENDING: email] stating the page and the problem. We will reply within twenty working days at most and, where appropriate, provide the content in an alternative format.
If you are not satisfied with the reply, you can contact Spain's Office for Disability Assistance (OADIS) of the Ministry of Social Rights.
These documents are drafted in Spanish, which is the version that prevails. Other language versions are courtesy translations.
