How plan changes work

Upgrading
It applies immediately and you pay the proportional part of the period.
Downgrading
It applies at the end of the period. If you exceed the new limits, you choose which users and devices stay.
If a payment fails
You get 7 days of grace with a notice. After that the organization becomes read-only, with devices still protected, and after 30 days it is suspended.

How does the free trial work?
It is 14 days of the Business plan, with up to 5 devices and no card. When it ends, if you do not choose a plan, the organization becomes read-only.
What is an extra device?
A device above the ones included in your plan. It is billed separately, prorated by day, up to your plan's cap. If you reach it, the dashboard suggests upgrading.
Can I change plan whenever I want?
Yes. Upgrading applies immediately, with proration. Downgrading applies at the end of the period, and if you exceed the new limits you choose which users and devices stay.
Do prices include taxes?
No. Prices are monthly and exclude VAT and indirect taxes: they are calculated for the billing country at checkout. The US is billed in dollars and the rest of the world in euros.
What happens if a payment fails?
You get 7 days of grace with a notice. After that the organization becomes read-only: devices stay protected with their last policy, but you cannot enroll devices or change policies. After 30 days it is suspended.
Can I use my company's logo and colors?
Yes, with the Enterprise plan: the dashboard and the device app show your primary and accent colors, your logos for light and dark backgrounds, your icon and your name. Accessible contrast is guaranteed automatically in both themes, and NextAnalyzer stays visible where security is concerned.
